AMD Catalyst 13.x (13.150.0.0 May 23)

This driver comes with CAPs already included and more updated than 13.5 CAP1, so no need to install any CAPs.
This is the first driver for Windows Blue (8.1 or whatever) and also for Vista, 7 and 8.
This driver IS NOT WHQL.
